- 3 After removing the masks, rinse and dry your feet. Allow any peeling skin to shed naturally.

Free delivery on orders of QAR 100 or more to most areas in Qatar. For orders below QAR 100, delivery costs QAR 10 in most areas.
For far or remote locations only, additional delivery charges may apply. Our team will contact you after receiving your order to confirm the fee and obtain your approval before dispatch. If you decline the fee, you may cancel before dispatch without a cancellation fee and receive a full refund of any payment collected.
Orders placed before 9 PM Qatar time are eligible for same-day delivery within Doha and nearby areas, subject to product availability and traffic conditions. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Other locations may require additional delivery time.

- Request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging, with seals intact.
- A receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase is required.
- Return eligible items to our store after coordinating with our team, or arrange return collection. Collection charges may apply and will be agreed in advance.
These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrect products. Where the issue is attributable to Glo Arabia, necessary corrective collection or delivery will be arranged without charging you.
